Design and Development of new products
We design new products from scratch. The product can be a simple mechanical part, an art object or a composite product of mechatronics, which operation may combine elements of engineering, electronics, sensors, softwares, control systems, various materials etc.
Our first objective in the beginning of each project is to clarify the requirements in close collaboration with the client. When the requirements clarified and agreed, then we create alternatives solutions by designing and separating the functional and aesthetic parts of the product. We create and explore possible solutions initially at simulation. For this purpose we use Solid Modelling softwares and digital sculpture last generation softwares that our company has (eg DELCAM, SENSABLE, VX, RHINO, JEWELCAD, METRIS).
We can create any geometry as complex it is. If the product requires the integration of existing part or whole device, then we apply reverse engineering techniques. We use advanced 3D scanning systems, portable systems CMM (eg FARO) in conjunction with specialized softwares for analyzing and processing points in space (eg METRIS, COPYCAD). We can copy and digitize the 3D shape of any machinery or the round object.
Each proposal we work is presented to the client. We use photorealistic images through which all the functional and aesthetic aspects of the proposed projects are presented into 3D. By this way we are able to integrate the comments of the client and converge quickly to the final product.
When the above development process is completed, then the product is manufactured by rapid prototyping systems and tools that are available to our company (as SOLIDSCAPE, EOS, KIRA CNC).
We assemble the original components identifying by this way any problems of form and function which to be solved. The cycle of re-design, improvement and construction of prototypes can be repeated several times.
The prototypes can be build from a wide range of materials (eg resins, wood, metal, plastic, wax, etc.).Â
